Join a two-week adventure and discovery of your inner space and energetic being

This workshop is a light-hearted yet deeply moving journey of inner expansion and connection with who you truly are. You will learn how to use a variety of different meditation techniques and energetic practices that leads to mastery of your thoughts and emotions. You might also laugh a little :)

​

Designed as a 2 week Masterclass "Meditation can be Fun, with Rishi" offers the most effective tools and techniques I have learned over my 25 years studying, practicing and teaching energy, meditation and manifestation practices. I have applied these tools to help people get past mental and energetic blockages that have kept them from moving forward and to help them discover deeper potentials within themselves.

​

If you are new to meditation, this is a really fun, easy and affordable way to find out if meditation is something that you would enjoy and benefit from. All you have to do is hit the pause button for about 15 minutes each day to sit and meditate with the guided meditation sent to your inbox. If you are an experienced meditator, you will be introduced to unique practices and techniques including: Grounding, Quantum Gratitude and Energetic Alignment that will complement and deepen your current practice.

The curated guided meditations in this journey are a valuable resource that can be repeated again and again to kickstart, sustain and refresh your ongoing meditation practice.

​

If you need some encouragement, simply try out the first 5 days for FREE. If this feels like your cup of tea, you can register to join us for the full 2 week session where we go much deeper. If it's not, then no worries. Either way, you are very welcome and we would love you to meditate with our TrueMana tribe.

  

Over two-weeks you will receive a daily email with a different guided meditation that takes you on an exploration of your inner space. You will learn how to use a variety of different meditation techniques and energetic practices that leads to mastery of your thoughts and emotions.

As you meditate daily and are exposed to the different techniques and practices on the two-week Meditation Journey, you will start to sense and intuit what is working for you so that you can make space and time to create a meaningful and impactful meditation practice in your life.

​

Over time, you will find your favourites for repeated practice. You will find some practices more challenging than others so listen to your intuition. Take your time and follow along gently as your practice unfolds. If you find difficulties or need some guidance you can connect with us or your group for support.
